Casual Cleaners to Depot Supervisors, with fully funded Commercial Cleaning Traineeships
At the beginning of 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic made its way to Australia, many industries shut down. For Multhana, our expansion truly started. After winning a major contract with Brisbane City Council to clean their 1200+ city bus fleet, we employed several new casual cleaners to fulfil our contract commitments.
Twelve months on, six of those initial casual employees are now in supervisory roles and have transitioned from casual to permanent salaried staff members, undertaking their Certificate III in Commercial Cleaning with the support of Multhana. Read more about the Traineeship here.
