Multhana have been shortlisted as Employer of the Year 2021-22 by Australia’s largest employment services provider and our longstanding recruitment partner, MAX Solutions. This is the third year Multhana have been nominated for the retrospective awards in the medium business category, open to businesses with 100-2000 employees.
Introduced by MAX in 2018, the awards highlight employees who encourage diversity and inclusivity in their recruitment programs.
Multhana proudly demonstrate a 30% Indigenous workforce across our commercial cleaning, landscaping, and building maintenance divisions – more than 10 times the average for a business of our size.
MAX Solutions Managing Director, Deborah Homewood, acknowledged the challenges facing businesses throughout the past 12 months, particularly with COVID-19 creating an increased demand for employment and, subsequently, a shortage of workers for many industries.
