Scope:

• All hard and soft landscape works
• Coordinate with civil contractor for all hardscape areas
• All subgrade works, including drainage and top soil
• Drainage, geofabric, gullies, soil, mulch & gravel to planters and other areas as detailed within plans
• Planting trees and shrubs to plans
• Irrigation system design and installation
