Construction and Maintenance
Delivering full-service building and maintenance services to our clients across Brisbane.
We deliver qualified construction projects and building maintenance services to our clients across Brisbane and South-East Queensland. Multhana’s building and construction services team are fully certified for all building works we undertake.
Our construction and maintenance services include full-scale project management for refurbishments, renovations, fit-outs and other major remodelling works. We are capable of managing the construction project from concept design right up until completion.
Certifications and Licencing
Multhana are fully certified and licenced for building and maintenance works, including major repairs and emergency response damage.
In addition to holding a QBCC Licence, Multhana are a proud member of Master Builders Queensland and Building Services Contractors Association of Australia (BSCAA). Our building services are carried out by our fully certified and licenced building team, who are trained in WH&S.
Our licences include public liability insurance up to $20 million, work cover insurance and professional indemnity insurance up to $1 million.
All Multhana staff are required to successfully pass police checks prior to commencing employment, and are fully licenced with a White Card and Blue Card.
Our building services include:
